Full terms
- HomeKind Co, Batemans Bay NSW, runs this program. It’s open to customers with an Australian delivery address, and only orders delivered in Australia earn credit.
- Your friend gets $10 off a bottle order of $39.99 or more when they check out with your code. Each code can be used once per customer. It works alongside the free Starter Pack while stock lasts.
- You earn $10 store credit when your code brings us a new customer. It has to be your friend’s first HomeKind order, and it has to include a bottle. Starter Pack only orders don’t earn credit. One reward per new customer.
- Your credit is added about 14 days after the bottles in your friend’s order have shipped, as long as the order hasn’t been cancelled and your friend hasn’t been refunded for their bottles.
- Credit is promotional store credit. It’s valid for 12 months, has no cash value and can’t be transferred. To use it, sign in with your email when you check out.
- You can’t refer yourself. Orders using your email or phone number, or an address saved on your account or that you’ve had your own orders sent to (including people you live with there), don’t earn credit.
- Your code can’t be combined with other order discount codes. It still works with the free Starter Pack and free postage offers, which apply automatically. If your friend uses a different code instead, no credit is earned.
- We may hold back credit for a self referral, fake or duplicate accounts, or a friend who isn’t a new customer. If, within 60 days of your credit being added, your friend’s order is cancelled or they’re refunded for their bottles, we take back what’s left of that $10 credit (never other credit on your account).
- We give 30 days’ notice of any change to these terms, on this page and by email. Changes don’t affect referrals made before the change takes effect. If the program ends, referrals already made are still rewarded under these terms, and credit you’ve already earned stays valid until it expires.
- Your link includes your first name. We send referral emails through our email provider, Klaviyo, which stores data in the United States. See our privacy policy.
- Whenever you share your link, say you get a reward. For example: “I get $10 credit if you use my link.”
